For Anna Duggar’s birthday, several of the Counting On sisters got together. Jana Duggar’s close friend Laura DeMasie was also there. Anna shared a few photos from her 32nd birthday on Tuesday. A couple of those photos are if Anna out and about with her “sisters-in-love,” as she calls them. The women spent part of the day at brunch, getting pedicures, and shopping for plants.

In her social media post, Anna goes on to detail the rest of her day. She received cards, hugs, and kisses from her six children. And, her husband, Josh, took her out on a dinner date. Fans may remember that Josh proposed to Anna on her birthday 12 years ago. So, it might be a special birthday tradition.

Duggar fans call out sisters for not wearing masks

While Anna’s followers are wishing her a happy birthday, not everyone is happy with the family and their choices.

Jessa Seewald also shared a similar picture of the women shopping for plants. In her post, she wishes Anna a happy birthday.

Because Anna’s comments section on Instagram is limited, she doesn’t typically get a lot of negative comments. But, Jessa’s comments section is not restricted in any way. So, when she shared the photo, she got a lot of comments about the sisters not wearing masks.

One fan writes, “Hello, masks! Especially with babies! What are you trying to do?” Another says, “No masks ? I just listened to a report about Arkansas…and the up spike … the meat plants hit hard ..” Other followers are also leaving similar comments on Jessa’s posts. They don’t seem to agree with the family’s choices regarding masks amid the pandemic.

A few fans are quick to point out that the coronavirus pandemic isn’t the same in all 50 states. While some states see a major increase in cases, others do not. So, perhaps the women think it’s safe enough to go out without masks. There may not have been a lot of people around them either, some fans think. In one of the photos, they’re at an outdoor garden center at a hardware store. In another picture, they’re out to eat at a brunch spot.

Nonetheless, there are plenty of Duggar fans pointing out that the women should be wearing masks, especially so they can keep their young kids safe.

So, what do you think of the Duggar women not wearing masks? Do you think it’s an issue? Share your thoughts below.
