She revealed that lost “almost 60 pounds” since giving birth in 2018. This comes amid the rumors that Khloe was pregnant with her second child.

Per People, Khloe Kardashian gave Kourtney Kardashian’s followers some advice on losing weight. The most she lost was 60 pounds after giving birth to her daughter. The reality star also revealed how much she weighs today. Khloe thrives on diet and exercise, as it’s the best way to lose weight.
If you’re trying to lose a significant amount of weight, diet and exercise go hand in hand,” Khloe said. “Now that I’m in my weight vicinity goal – I’m around 150. It goes up a little. When it goes into the high 140s I’m like, ‘Woo! It’s the dream.'”
Now that’s she’s self-isolating amid the coronavirus pandemic, she’s more focused on exercise than diet. Due to these uncertain times, she doesn’t want to “live a miserable life” where she misses out on her favorite foods. There are days when she’ll eat quesadillas or whatever True is eating.
“You never know if tomorrow’s happening,” Khloe continued. “I would rather put more effort into the gym than the kitchen.”
Khloe has since found the perfect balance to diet and exercise. She told her followers that it’s not worth “depriving yourself of the greatness of life.” Last year, Khloe revealed that she was 203 pounds when True was born. When it came to diet and exercise, she “took it really slow.”
