Fans heard they married over in Nigeria, but much like Laura Jallali and Aladin from The Other Way, it looks like it may have fallen apart. Like them, she’s much older than Usman. She also comes over as extremely jealous of him in the previews.
90 Day Fiance new rumors suggest the marriage never lasted very long
TV shows Ace often reports on the couples in the TLC franchise. And, quite often it disappoints fans to find out that couples split before the show even ended. Recall that rumors ran around that Laura and Aladin got divorced ages before the Tell All. But this one might not be a spoiler as much as a rumor. In fact, some fans call ‘BS’ on the newest “leak” that the marriage between Usman and Lisa ended already.
Fans heard via leaks that the couple married back towards the end of August last year. Then Lisa popped up listed as “single” on her social media. That got fans of 90 Day Fiance speculating it might all be over. But, fans often saw that in the past. From Ashley and Jay through Ronald and Tiffany, it seems many people suggest a split. Presumably, it’s so they keep fans interested in their segments.

Are the chances good the couple really split?
While rumors float around about the split, it actually might be very possible that they split already. Cheatsheet reported that Lisa seems extremely jealous. And, she’s not scared to challenge her very popular musician man. She’s a 52-year-old mom from Pennsylvania and fans wonder what they really have in common. He’s surrounded by adoring females because of his music scene. Meanwhile, Usman feels she measures up to 70 percent of his expectations.
Some fans naturally suspect “green card” as this musician might envision growing his fan base in the USA if he can get there. He’s locally popular but certainly no big-name-in-lights character in his home country. Plus, Lisa went through and checked his social media contacts. That’s not really submissive and acceptable behavior for a woman in Nigeria. Like it or not, many Nigerian women still play a subservient role in society, even in the current century. Usman Umar reacted on the 90 Day Fiance preview, telling her basically to get out his face as he never married her yet.
Instagram page claims the split some – 90 Day Fiance fans disbelieve it
Over on the @southofsober account on Instagram, a post came up that showed Lisa’s single with the effect date of February 11. The caption read, “Looks like some regret is to be had.” Well, not everyone bought into the idea of that. One fan noted, “I thought that she changed her name back to her maiden bcoz of the NDA. They were still together as of yesterday. What’s happened?”
Then, another 90 Day Fiance follower noted, “I doubt that anything has happened. They changed their Facebook awhile back 🤦♂️🤣.”
