Khloe Kardashian’s latest Instagram post is sure to inspire fans during this fattening holiday weekend. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star revealed that she hit the gym at 6 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning. She called the decision a total “mood.” This latest Instagram post comes after Khloe admitted that she loves cooking Thanksgiving meals herself.
Khloe Kardashian really loves early-morning workouts
Khloe took to Instagram Stories on Thanksgiving morning to reveal her 6 a.m. workout. The 35-year-old didn’t look like her typical self in the snapshot, as seen on the report from People. Khloe is rocking a makeup-free look in an oversized black hooded sweatshirt and gray Nike leggings. She finished off her look with Apple AirPods, black Nike sneakers, and black talons.
The mirror selfie also shows Khloe kneeling down in the gym as she takes the photo. Khloe wrote in the caption, “#Mood.” She also let fans know she was ready to exercise at 6:19 a.m. She topped off her post with the “Happy Thanksgiving” sticker.
Khloe Kardashian opens up about her love of cooking healthy meals
Khloe has made it clear that her first love is her daughter, True. But it turns out her second love is her love of cooking. Earlier this month, during an appearance on The Real, Khloe and her famous sisters, Kim Kardashian West, and Kourtney Kardashian, revealed how they celebrate their Thanksgiving plans.
“I do love to cook,” Khloe said.
Kim added that their family’s “biggest argument right now” is whether they should cook the meals themselves or hire a professional chef.
“We’ve been talking about this cooking thing,” Kim said. “You feel like we should cook it all our own, Kylie [Jenner] and mom Kris [Jenner] think we should get a chef. It’s like split.”
Kourtney then chimed in and said to her sister Khloe, “I think for Thanksgiving last year, we didn’t cook enough. You weren’t there, is that why?”
“No, I cook and clean every Thanksgiving by myself,” Khloe admitted. “I do it all. I’m normally in Cleveland [where ex-boyfriend and baby daddy Tristan Thompson lives] cooking every single dish – I love it.”
Khloe Kardashian shares her intense workout routine
The Revenge Body star is obviously serious about exercising and eating right. Over the summer, Khloe shared her workout routine with personal trainer Joel “Coach Joe” Bouraïma. The workout may be a little too intense for some fans. On social media, Khloe loves to prove how she keeps her incredible figure.
She’s a self-proclaimed gym junkie. Her life revolved around fitness since her split from Lamar Odom. So, what are some of Khloe’s favorite exercises? Khloe didn’t reveal her “ab routine” or “cardio warm-up,” but she shared some of her favorite stretches which include hamstring stretches and walkouts. Then she started her fitness routine with bench rows and shoulder presses.
Things got really intense when Khloe carried a weighted bag over her shoulders as she worked out her calves. Coach Joe has also worked with Kourtney Kardashian and Stephanie Shepherd, according to Life & Style Magazine.
He’s not an easy personal trainer to work with though. Khloe broke a sweat after doing leg work with a booty band strapped around her thighs. She was also seen doing a number of other exercises, including chest presses, rows, and single-leg step-ups on a bench. Khloe is sure to become your “fitspo” come New Year’s Day.
