‘Welcome To Plathville’: Moriah May Have Taken The Plunge And Entered The Real World
Welcome To Plathville brings us the very sheltered Plath family. The fundamentalist mom and dad imposed lots of restrictions on the kids. Ethan was the first to break free when he married Oliva. Now, it turns out that Moriah possibly entered the real world, probably thanks to Olivia’s influence. And, we know mom Kim has little to no time for Olivia. So, this could be a difficult time for Moriah as well.
Welcome To Plathville – Olivia introduced Moriah to the real world
TV Shows Ace reported about Olivia and Moriah. We noted, in the last episode, we saw Ethan’s wife Olivia and his sister Moriah travel to California. Olivia decided to make the trip a bit longer and showed Moriah around the city. “There, she got to eat cotton candy for the first time in her life…Fans love the way Moriah gets to experience real-life away from her fundamentalist parents who won’t even allow their teenage kids to taste a soda.”
Well, now it looks like Moriah enjoyed the experience so much that she maybe broke away and entered real life just like her brother Ethan. The news came via Moriah’s Instagram account. Interestingly, Ethan, Moriah, and Olivia are the only members of the Plath family that we could find on Instagram. The others seem to follow their parents’ restrictions against the internet and television. But, judging from the Welcome To Plathville‘s daughter’s post, if she’s emancipated, it’s not been easy.
Moriah shares about breaking out into the real world
Meaww reported, “Moriah Plath won the hearts of viewers after she let her true and real self in front of the camera.” Unlike her other Plath siblings, Moriah viewed the world differently and wanted to gain independence. Now, on her IG, the Welcome to Plathville star post garnered a lot of supporters. Sharing a picture of herself, she wrote, “maybe it’s ok if I’m not ok cause the one who holds the world is holding on to me🥀🌎 .” So it looks like she still walks with religious faith, but struggles sometimes with not being okay.
It looks like the Welcome To Plathville star has some really good friends though. She thanked them all for “literally”…”checking” on her “every day just to ask how i’m doing. i tried to hide it so long but at some point it became very clear to everyone except me that i was struggling with some things that are happening.” In part, she mentioned more about her struggle, but then noted, “i asked for the change… i’m getting it😛. i asked to be independent, i got that one for sure. i asked life to make me stronger… i’m learning a lot and i hope i always will.”

Fans react to Moriah’s post
On Moriah’s post, her supporters seem well-pleased with her decision. One said, “You can do it! I grew up like you, sheltered. My parents were deeply involved in an IFB church. The only difference was I went to a small christian school. I hated every day of it. The sheltering to that extent is wrong. It can change your life and not for the good. I’m glad you had the courage to break free and glad you have Olivia.”
