Mama June Promos ‘Honey Boo Boo’s’ New ‘Alana Thompson’ YouTube Channel
Mama June’s been quite active on social media lately, especially with the new season of From Not to Hot fresh in people’s minds. This week she shared a post of her looking fabulous for a shoot with People magazine, and a throwback video of In The Kitchen With Wendy And Mama June. Now, she took to her Instagram Stories to shout out a promo for ‘Honey Boo Boo’s’ new Alana Thomson channel on YouTube.
Mama June’s Easter greeting’s great fun with an old video
For Easter, the video that Mama June shared took fans back in time and showed her demonstrating how to check if spaghetti’s done. No messing about trying to nibble for al dente with Mama June! The mom of Alana, ‘Honey Boo Boo’ just flings it at a wall or stove, and if it sticks it’s done.
That’s a bit of a digression, but it does take us all back a few years. It seems she laughed much more back then. Another recent post showed her lying on the couch looking slim. Actually, she really looks great and not so rumply-frumpy as in the latest Not to Hot series.

Alana’s new Honey Boo Boo channel on YouTube gets a shout out by Mama June
On April 26 Mama June took to her Instagram Stories to give ‘Honey Boo Boo’s’ new Alana Thomspon channel on YouTube a bit of a promo. Swiping to see more, it takes you the new venture. However, we can see why Alana maybe needed that promo boost from her mom, as it’s already been up a week. So far, she garnered just over 2k subscribers, but that’s not much really. Well, at least in terms of ‘Honey Boo Boo’s’ popularity.
There’s one video on the channel so far, titled, “Alana Thompson aka Honey Boo Boo-Welcome to my YouTube Channel!” The 25-second welcome clip got posted up on April 19. In it, we see ‘Honey Boo Boo’ riding in the car and talking about sharing other videos she intends to make. She promises “a lot of crazy content coming your way.” Actually, she looks cute, more like the ‘Honey Boo Boo’ we recall than the one we see pushing Pumpkin’s Shuckin Pearls line on Facebook.
