Jeremiah Duggar’s GF Hannah Wissmann Hides Left Hand, Fuels Engagement Rumors
Could Jeremiah Duggar have proposed to his girlfriend Hannah Wissmann? Though the families haven’t confirmed it yet, a new photo shared online seems to suggest a proposal might have already happened.
In case you missed the news, Jeremiah and Hannah announced their courtship in October after months of speculation that the two were together. They have since shared a few cute pictures together. However, amid Josh Duggar’s trial and guilty verdict, the whole family has been laying low. So, it makes sense why fans haven’t seen too many updates about Hannah and Jeremiah.
But now, the Wissmann family has shared a new photo of all of their children. Jeremiah is also in the photo, so it looks like he’s been spending time in Nebraska with his girlfriend’s family. Interestingly, Hannah is covering her left hand with the sleeve of her sweater. So, this could be a hint that she and Jeremiah are engaged. She could also just be cold and trying to keep her hands warm.
The family photo was taken in front of a huge Christmas tree outdoors, so maybe Jeremiah planned a romantic holiday proposal. He could be waiting until Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve to pop the question. Of course, this is all speculation and we don’t know for sure whether Jeremiah and Hannah are engaged yet.

On Reddit, Duggar family critics are also discussing the photo and wonder if the pair could already be engaged. One user posted the photo along with a question, writing, “Jer already did/or getting ready to pop the question soon?”
One Duggar Snark writes, “Sleeve over the hand, anything is possible.” Another responds, “Nice catch! I was about to comment that, because to me it was suspicious that she’s hiding her left hand 🤨🤨” Someone else asks, “Hiding the ring under the big sweater?”
Meanwhile, another user thinks they’ve been engaged since October when they announced their courtship. The family critic writes, “Any way, they’ve been engaged since they announced the courtship. I’d bet my (admittedly pathetic) bank account on it.”
There’s no way to know for sure until Jeremiah and Hannah announce the news themselves. But many fans and critics predict that an engagement is right around the corner if it hasn’t already happened.
