Derick Dillard’s Mom Pops Off At Jim Bob Duggar & Ben Seewald
Derick Dillard’s mom is speaking up, just like her son has been for years. Cathy Dillard has gone off on a couple of her son’s relatives, Jim Bob Duggar and Ben Seewald. So, what does she have to say?
Many Duggar fans know Cathy for her inspiring story. She battled cancer and lost her husband, too. But she is a strong woman who has overcome so much in her life. She even went on to write a book, which shares her story. Recently, Cathy took a bold stance on some issues having to do with her son’s in-laws.
As we’ve reported, Jim Bob, Derick’s father-in-law, lost in the special primary election for the Arkansas State Senate seat in District 7. Amid his campaign, Derick spoke out against him. He called his father-in-law a liar and pointed out his hypocritical stances.
Then, Jessa Seewald’s husband, Ben, fired back at Derick. He seemed to be defending his father-in-law and specifically called Derick out for “rudeness.”
Now, Derick’s mom is jumping into the conversation and firing shots. What did she say?
Derick Dillard’s mom, Cathy has something to say.
In a new Facebook post, Cathy shared a story from when she had cancer seven years ago. She said Derick and his brother Dan told her that they would have been okay if she had passed away.
The mom explained, “I not only didn’t take it wrong, I took it as a great compliment. I raised them to be independent, responsible men. Their dad taught them early to treat me like a queen, and he would be so pleased to see that’s how they treat their wives.”
It looks like Cathy is speaking to her son Derick’s character after it was questioned by Ben.
Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball shared a screenshot of the post on social media. She adds, “I mean Cathy isn’t wrong on this Ben. It’s also a clear dig at Jim Bob about raising dependent children.”
Fans and critics believe that Jim Bob has raised his 19 children in a way that they must depend on him to live their lives. Cathy, on the other hand, has shared that she raised her kids differently so they can be “independent, responsible men.”

It’s no wonder that the United States is nearly last in Education. People rather read about washed up reality stars and their trashy lives than read a book.

The whole thing is a terrible mess and remove ever thing connected to Duggard. The parents should be charged too they knew something . Poor ole Anna is dumber than dirt but Josh will get his in prison.
