Josh Duggar’s Sibling Charged With Endangering A Minor, Court Date Set
Josh Duggar isn’t the only one in his family who’s in legal trouble. Just one day after Josh was convicted in his child pornography case, news broke that another Duggar sibling had a legal case of their own to take on now. So, what’s going on with the Duggar family, and who’s being charged with endangering a minor?
As we’ve reported before, Josh’s charges also have to do with children and their safety. The former 19 Kids & Counting star was found guilty of both receiving and possessing child pornography. Now, he’s facing decades behind bars, as well as up to hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines. His sentencing will come in about four months.
In the meantime, Duggar fans and critics will be keeping up with a new family member’s alleged crime. The details of the recent situation have gone public, revealing who’s involved and what happened.
One of Josh Duggar’s siblings is heading to court.
In a new social media post on Thursday night, Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball revealed that one member of the Duggar family had been watching several of the kids but fell asleep. The kids were later found in the street. The police showed up, and the family member allegedly “lied about not knowing who the kids were.”
Katie added, “Then that unknown Duggar later confessed to what happened resulting in a citation for misdemeanor child endangerment.”
At that point, she was contacting the county to get more information about the situation. Fortunately, it didn’t take too long to get some answers.
On Friday morning, Katie followed up with a confirmation of who has been charged with endangering a minor. She reported, “The County Clerk confirmed that on September 10, 2021, Jana Duggar was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a minor.”
A family insider revealed to Katie that Jana pleaded “not guilty” and that she will go to court in January. Hopefully, more details will be available on this soon. Katie reveals that Jana could face up to a few months of time behind bars or have to pay fines if she’s found guilty.

TO tell the truth anything that has something to do with the Duggars doesnt surprise me a bit. l almost think they like trouble.
I really can’t understand why any shows with the Duggars would be available for anyone. TLC created a Hugh monster with this family. Reality shows that support this kind of craziness and actions should be cancelled. I would watch a blank screen before I watch any show that condones these actions.
