Duggar Cousin Amy King Slows Down Today, Nourishes Her Soul
Duggar cousin Amy King is feeling worn out and realizes it’s time to take things slow. She documented her lazy day at home and got lots of love and support from fans. It’s a stressful time for her famous family. As you probably know, Josh Duggar is on trial for receiving and possessing child s*xual abuse material or child pornography. The former 19 Kids & Counting star is facing up to 40 years behind bars, as well as $500,000 in fines.
Since Josh’s arrest in April, Amy has been speaking out about her family. She seemingly drops hints that Anna Duggar, Josh’s wife, needs to leave him. She also hopes that Anna will use her voice and tell her story. But for now, Anna is standing by her man.
On social media this weekend, Amy mentioned how dogs are put down for biting a child, seemingly suggesting Josh deserves a severe punishment if convicted. She has also started speaking out about how she wasn’t told the truth for many years. Only recently, she has learned what really happened in the Duggar family.
There is lots of information coming out about her famous family, as well as Josh’s alleged crimes. So, Amy decided to slow down and take care of herself.

In her new post, she writes, “Sometimes this is being productive. Sometimes I just need to pause and rest. Sometimes I forget that’s it’s ok to slow down.. so today that’s exactly what I’m doing. Holding him is just good for my soul.”
In the comments section of her post, fans are commenting and wishing Amy the best. Many are promising to pray for her during this time. They are proud of her for prioritizing rest amid this crazy and busy time in her family’s life. They hope she continues to take it easy when things get hard.
