Ashley Iaconetti & Jared Haibon Fulfill A Dream Together
Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon had a difficult road to happiness on Bachelor in Paradise. They met and connected but Jared thought they were better as friends. Ashley cried over him all over the beach while he attempted to move on. When she finally moved on, he decided he didn’t want to live without her and their love story came full circle with him proposing on the beach.
While most stars who come away from Bachelor in Paradise go for brand endorsements, this couple decided they wanted to do something a little different.
Their baby is due in February and now they have something else to celebrate. The couple has opened their very own cafe called Audrey’s. One fan said, “What a venture to take on while awaiting the birth of your first child! So excited for you both.”
What Did The Opening Look Like For Ashley Iaconetti?
The two shared their grand opening joy on Instagram and Facebook. In the post, a glowing, pregnant Ashley Iaconetti helps Jared cut the ribbon for the grand opening. Along with their dog, Lois who has been a big part of the process. Ashley said they were happy to include all three of their babies in their Christmas cards. That included Lois, the one in her belly, and Audrey’s.
Ashley shared that a sneak peek would happen before they opened to the public. They offered Christmas-themed drinks. They had cute names like “Buddy The Elf’s Gingerbread Eggnog Martini” and “Kevin McAllister’s Hot Spiked Apple Cider.” Ashley said she would mingle with guests while Jared took care of drinks at the bar.
They were also serving charcuterie boards and their fig, prosciutto, and brie flatbread. In her newer post on Facebook, Ashley said the line was wrapped around the building for their sneak peek cocktails. The cafe is in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. One fan said, “Absolutely love you guys! So happy for you both! I’ll definitely come to check it out if I’m ever in the area.”
They Support Each Other’s Dreams
Ashley Iaconetti said, “It’s been a dream of Jared’s to open up his own place like this…a cozy coffee shop turned martini/wine bar at night.” Bachelor nation is also showing support for the couple’s new venture. Ali Manno said, “This is really exciting! Congratulations.” Mike Johnson said, “So amazing!!!! Congrats homie.”
Carly Waddell, Jason Tartick, Madison Prewett, and Caelynn Miller-Keyes all shared their congratulations. The couple will have their hands full in the new year with a new business and a new baby. They’re excited about everything 2022 has to offer.
