‘RHONY’: Dorinda Medley Reconnects With Sonja, What About Ramona?

Dorinda Medley had a mini RHONY reunion with Sonja Morgan. The former castmates reconnected at an event. This comes a year after Bravo producers announced that Dorinda would leave the show. The reality star was known for her signature one-liners and Hamptons home.

During her time on the show, Dorinda became good friends with former co-star Sonja Morgan. Of course, like most Real Housewives friendships, theirs was fraught with drama and fights. Yet, they still stand by each other to this day. Dorinda even shared where she stands with polarizing co-star Ramona Singer.

Two stars of The Real Housewives of New York are reunited and it feels good. Dorinda Medley and Sonja Morgan reconnected at the Ultimate Women Expo in New Jersey. Both were there to promote their companies and deliver speeches to the attendees. The event was created to bring fresh ideas, perspectives, and services to women living in the state.

Sonja Morgan took to Instagram to share photos from their reunion. She couldn’t help but smile and cry as she saw Dorinda Medley. The two hugged and exchanged words. It looked like a happy reunion for them both.

Sonja launched her new line of Semi-Sparkling Sangria. She held a tasting at the event. Meanwhile, Dorinda was there to promote her New York Times bestselling book, Make It Nice. The two were bound to cross paths since they both live in New York City still. Bravo fans were so happy to see the old friends together again.

Despite her last season, fans loved having Dorinda on the show. Some of them believe she should make a comeback. They were shocked when Bravo decided to end her contract for reasons unknown. However, it became clear that Dorinda’s drinking didn’t put her in a good light.

Is Dorinda Medley on good terms with Ramona Singer?

Dorinda Medley revealed that her departure from the show “wasn’t a mutual decision at all.” At the time, fans criticized her for being too harsh on her co-stars, including Sonja and Tinsley Mortimer. In a Tuesday, November 9 episode of The Wendy Williams Show, she explained that she was only trying to be honest. She also pointed out the double standards with Erika Jayne and Teresa Giudice who are allowed to continue to work with their shows following their legal issues.

Dorinda and Sonja are still good friends to this day. But what about Dorinda and Ramona? She admitted that she can’t say the same.

“We’re not good right now,” Dorinda Medley said. “We’ve had a very long friendship, and listen, time heals. I’m open… I keep it moving in my life. I tend not to say anything and just let things settle.”
