Tayshia Adams went from being the The Bachelorette and falling in love to hosting the show with Kaitlyn Bristowe. It’s safe to say having two hosts replace Chris Harrison was met with mixed results. Tayshia came in later to replace Clare Crawley when she left with one of her contestants very early.

She had a full season with lots of great men and ended up choosing Zac Clark in the end. Currently, she’s hosting Michelle Young’s season and killing it. She and her love, Clark, have been training for a marathon together.

Tayshia said Zac and herself decided to, “step back from social media to preserve our relationship and avoid unwanted stress.” She went on to say it’s important to put your relationship first. That’s the advice she gave to Katie and Michelle.

Tayshia Adams Deals With Unneeded Pressure

Tayshia Adams learned a lot from her season and from navigating her relationship after. She does have to not get bogged down by internet criticism.  According to Yahoo Life, she said there were a lot of people who judge that they aren’t together. She said their lives are so busy, it’s not possible to be together all the time.

Tayshia said as the host she encourages difficult conversations. She said when a topic or part of their life is important to the person, it needs to be talked about. Adams said, “it’s not always about the fun dates. At the end of the day, you want this relationship to be successful.”

The Reality Star Knows Why Her Season Was Successful

Tayshia Adams is very happy with the outcome of her season. She also shared why her season felt like such a success. Tayshia said she felt like she has good intuition when it comes to people. She said if something felt off she addressed it. She didn’t want to put her energy into something that would end up not working.

Red flags for her are, “someone who just agrees with you and doesn’t add any value to your conversation.” Another is if you don’t have a friend group at home because you travel a lot as a kid. She said that “might sound mean because there are obviously certain circumstances.”

Transparency Is What’s Most Important

Adams said it’s hard to get to know so many men quickly. She said there are parts of yourself, you always have to be transparent about. If you hold on to things and aren’t open you can’t really make a good decision about how you feel about someone.
