Who Does Sharna Burgess Think Will Win ‘DWTS’ Season 30?
Just because a pro gets voted off Dancing With The Stars doesn’t mean their time on the show is done. Sharna Burgess and other eliminated pros can still be seen around the ballroom, in the audience, and in opening routines.
But who does Sharna think will take home the Mirrorball Trophy at the end of the season? Keep reading to find out a little bit more.
Sharna Burgess believes that one specific contestant has what it takes to win it all
This year, Sharna Burgess had the privilege of competing with her real-life boyfriend, Brian Austin Green. However, the judges felt that the couple had a bit too much PDA in their routines and consistently gave them lower scores. Ultimately, they finished 13th out of 15 couples.
Her time in the competition may be over, but Sharna is still heavily invested in the competition. She recently sat down with Hollywood Life to speak her thoughts on the current season and guess who might win the whole thing.
“As far as dance ability and execution, the front runner for me is JoJo [Siwa],” the 36-year-old pro shared with the publication. “I also think she has a beautiful fan base, and it’s about time that we had this. There are so many things around JoJo for me that I feel like she’s a clear frontrunner.”
The judges clearly feel the same way. JoJo and her partner Jenna Johnson consistently pull off higher scores than the other contestants. They’ve also had the most perfect scores. Even though JoJo was in the bottom two during Queen Night, the judges unanimously chose to save her over The Miz.
However, Sharna also believes that there are a few competitors will give them a run for their money.
But there are a few other standouts that could pull ahead and win it all
JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson may be the top scorers, but there are plenty of other talented couples in the competition this year. Sharna Burgess highlighted a few in her interview and said how much they surprised her.
“Who knows? Who knew that Iman [Shumpert] and Jimmie [Allen] were just going to be so amazing and so lovable each week that you just want to see more of them? These human beings that don’t have dance experience that come in here and do this each week, that’s the beauty of Dancing with the Stars, right?” Sharna continued.
“It’s not always the most talented dancer that wins, it is who the people vote for. I don’t know who’s going to go home and who’s going to win, but I think the front runner for me is JoJo right now. And Melora [Hardin]! Melora didn’t have a great score last night for her, but I think she is stunning and I love watching her on that floor. I fall more in love with her every week.”
