WWE NXT is less than two weeks away from their Halloween Havoc TV special. Tomasso Ciampa goes one-on-one with Joe Gacy in a non-title match. In the main event, Isaiah “Swerve” Scott puts his North American Title on the line against Santos Escobar. Here are 5 Must-See moments from the latest WWE NXT 2.0.

WWE NXT: 5 Must-See Moments

Tomasso Ciampa keeps rolling
Ever since the start of WWE NXT 2.0, Joe Gacy has made a name for himself by presenting himself as a “snowflake,” basically playing off the overly sensitive politically correct youth of America. He promised to take down Tomasso Ciampa and the NXT Champion gave him his shot to prove himself. The match was a solid outing as Gacy stepped up to the plate but ultimately fell short with Ciampa getting the win.

O’Reilly and Dunne heat up
The rivalry between Kyle O’Reilly and Pete Dune moved forward with Von Wagner and Ridge Holland joining the party. Holland took the pinfall from Wagner as he’s ready to make the move to the main roster at the end of the month. It’ll be interesting to see where Dunne and O’Reilly go from here with Halloween Havoc just two weeks away.

Halloween Havoc is coming

Halloween Havoc card takes shape
In two weeks, WWE NXT presents their TV special “Halloween Havoc,” taking its name and theme from the old WCW PPV shows. Tommaso Ciampa will be defending his NXT Title against Bron Breakker. Raquel Gonzalez defends her NXT Women’s Title against the leader of Toxic Attraction, Mandy Rose. For the NXT Women’s Tag Titles, a triple threat match will take place. Io Shirai and Zoey Stark defend against Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta, and Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne)

North American Title Main Event
In the main event, Isaiah “Swerve” Scott defended his North American Title against Santos Escobar. Escobar is a former Cruiserweight Champion and current leader of the LDF faction. As expected, the main event of WWE NXT proved to be another solid outing in the ring. With Scott getting the call up to the main roster, many thought Escobar would be getting the win, but that wasn’t the case. Scott was able to hit the Driver Slam and get the surprising win over Escobar.

New Champion crowned
Moments after Scott got the win, Carmello Hayes, along with Trick Willaims comes to the ring and cashes in his instant contract. An injured Scott tried to fight back, but Hayes leaped off the top rope with a leg drop and won the title.
