Red-haired quint stands out
OutDaughtered fans love Hazel Busby’s long, curly red hair. The youngster sent fans in a panic at the start of the school year by trying out a new look. After getting her curls trimmed, Hazel wanted to try straight hair.
The six-year-old was almost unrecognizable without her trademark curls! However, her curly hair was on full display during a playground outing with her sisters. Fans couldn’t believe how grown-up Hazel looked in the background.
Unlikely bond forms between these OutDaughtered sisters
While all five of the quints are close, each girl has her own ‘bestie’ among her sisters. Twins Ava and Olivia have a strong bond, but in recent years, Danielle and Adam Busby have been splitting the twins up. Clearly, this tactic has helped Olivia bond with another of her sisters.
Danielle took to her Instagram feed to share a photo of Olivia and Hazel. It seems the new best buds are in the same classroom for 1st grade this year.

If Hazel looks a little different in the above picture, it may be that her hair is more teenager than six-year-old! The bubbly redhead wears her hair in a messy bun.
Danielle gave fans a closer glimpse of Hazel’s grown-up hairstyle on her Instagram Stories. In a photo spotlighting just Hazel, mom writes, “Messy bun day for this cutie.”
The Tooth Fairy will visit the Busbys soon
Need more proof the Busby quints are growing up? Several of the young girls have loose teeth. The OutDaughtered mom shared a video on her social media of the girls flaunting their wiggly teeth. Danielle even checked on Hazel’s tooth to see just how soon she can expect the Tooth Fairy to make a visit.
