Rob Kardashian Files More Court Papers Against Blac Chyna
While it seemed the Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna drama was over, Rob has filed new court papers against Chyna. It seems he is still pretty mad about what happened with his ex-girlfriend and baby mama.
Rob Kardashian files new papers against Chyna
In 2017, Rob said that Blac Chyna – his former girlfriend and his daughter’s mom got violent and attacked him. Now, his lawyers are filing new court papers for Rob on the situation Fox 11 says.
“Chyna has never refuted the key evidence supporting Rob’s claims, in particular the sworn statements of multiple third-party witnesses, who each independently confirmed that Chyna violently attacked Rob in 2016, pointed a gun at his head, threatened to kill him, ripped his shirt, beat him about the face and neck with her fists and destroyed property inside the home they shared,” Rob’s lawyers say.
“When Chyna is drunk and high, she is very strong,” Kardashian says about the attacks. “As the night went on and she became more and more intoxicated, her behavior escalated and she became very violent and aggressive.”
Rob goes on to talk about what Chyna did. Apparently, she tried to choke him with an iPhone charger.
“While I was in the living room, Chyna came up behind me with an iPhone charger and wrapped it around my neck tightly and started choking me with the charger,” Rob Kardashian says. “At one point, as Chyna was choking me with the charger wrapped very tightly around my neck, I was fortunate enough to pull the cable off my neck. I went to the master bedroom to get away from her and locked the door.”
It seems no one is on Chyna’s side
The comments on Newsbreak go to prove that everyone is on Rob Kardashian’s side.
“She’s an animal let out of a cage. Look at the parental behavior she comes from. (Mic drop)”
“If a man had done that he’d be in jail…so should she.”
“Chyna a model for what? Dog food. Oh never mind dogs are cute and have real hair.”
Overall, it seems this situation is far from over as Rob tries to sue Dream Kardashian’s mom. It will be interesting to see how it ends up eventually – if it ever does end.
