‘General Hospital’ Weekly Spoilers: Liesl Obrecht Ends Up With Drew Cain
General Hospital spoilers for September 27-October 1, 2021, reveal Sonny Corinthos having to adjust to a whole new life back in Port Charles not even knowing half of what happened when he was away in Nixon Falls for the better part of a year.
General Hospital Spoilers: Dealing With The Nixon Falls Fallout
It was clear as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) confronted Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) at the cemetery that he still has feelings for her that he doesn’t want to admit to. It’s also clear that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) are really, really disappointed that their wedding night didn’t happen as planned.
However, things get really dicey for Nina when Carly realizes that she kept Sonny’s living status a secret for months on end and the two women finally have a confrontation. Does Carly wonder why Sonny never told her everything that happened with Nina as soon as he got back to Port Charles? For Sonny, things become bittersweet as more people learn he is alive, including Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). Will she introduce him to a baby that is not even her own?
The Hunt For Liesl Obrecht
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner), and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) are determined to find Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and they believe she will lead them to Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Meanwhile, Liesl ends up in the same prison as Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and he is happy, yet suspicious, to see a familiar face.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) are also on the hunt for Peter as he continues to elude them. Will their search also take them to Drew?
The Race to Keep Ava Jerome in Town
The teens know that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) was the one who has been stalking Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Esme (Avery Pohl) has to be his accomplice, but how do they prove it? Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) is determined to keep Ava in town for her own sake, as well as bring Esme down — again for her own sake.
Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) also wants to keep Ava in town but that seems easier said than done. By the end of the week, he realizes there is only one way to accomplish that so he does something quite daring. But is it enough to convince Ava she can be safe in Port Charles? It’s a good thing Ava is taking her time leaving during her weeks-long goodbye. This week, she stops by to see Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and makes a discovery she wasn’t expecting. Does this mean Nikolas doesn’t have to make any bold moves?
