Hannah Ann Sluss suing Proctor & Gamble

TMZ  shared that Hannah Ann Sluss from Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor is suing Proctor & Gamble. Why? Apparently, the company continues to use Hannah Ann’s photos on Downy products. The companies are still using her photo on the products even though the license she agreed to has expired.

The original agreement between Hannah Ann and the company was that they could use a single image on one product. Once she gained Bachelor fame, the company continued to use her photo and expanded to multiple products. The original license was for a single product from October 1, 2017, to October 1, 2019.

The alleged lawsuit claims that they have been using her photo on at least six products. Plus, it’s been more than two years since their right to do so expired.

Hannah Ann is also not happy with the campaign they have associated her with. According to reports, Hannah Ann is upset P&G used her for the “Life Gets Stinky” campaign. She said it is awful because the campaign associated her with the word “stinky.”

The report also says that Hannah Ann is suing P&G, CVS, Target and Walmart for money. In addition, she’s asking the judge to order them to stop selling the products featuring her picture.

TMZ reached out to the companies with no response.

Hannah’s time on the show

Just to refresh everyone’s memory of Hannah Ann, she appeared on Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor. She was a front-runner along with Madison Prewett. In the end, Madison dumped Peter because of the time he spent with other ladies in the fantasy suites.

With Madison gone, the only woman remaining was Hannah Ann. Peter said he believed she was the one and proposed. The two did not make it long and broke up before the finale ever aired. He admitted he wanted to pursue a relationship with Madison. They also did not last more than two days.

Now, Hannah Ann is single and living her best life in California. The model regularly delivers cooking demonstrations for fans and has her own Pinterest page featuring the cooking videos.
