LPBW Isabel Roloff

For LPBW fans who don’t know, Isabel and Jacob Roloff are expecting their first baby. They will welcome their son to the world in December and seem to be very excited to meet him. They haven’t revealed his name to fans yet, but they do have a name picked out that they say was “meant to be.” Fans think they might choose a nature name or that the baby’s name will honor Isabel’s late mother or brother.

Throughout her pregnancy, Isabel has shared several in-depth social media posts, talking about her pregnancy, anxiety, and more. LPBW fans appreciate these posts and love getting to know Isabel better. In her most recent post, Isabel discusses being in recovery while she’s pregnant. What does she mean by this?

LPBW: Isabel Roloff chats about recovery.

On Instagram, Isabel shared a new photo of herself holding a flower. She tagged Tori Roloff’s photography page in the post, meaning Tori took the picture. In her caption, Isabel opens up about being in recovery.

She writes:

“As a recovering people pleaser, desperate to be liked by everyone, I used to go out of my way to over explain myself and try as hard as I possibly could to get people to see me in a ~ better light ~
Long story short, it was exhausting.
People always ended up not liking me anyway. And guess what? That’s a good thing.
You don’t want to be liked by everyone.
We’re all different and to be liked by everyone would mean you shapeshift and conform into whatever version of you people want to see, instead of your real self.”

Her post continues, talking about how other people can change her. But now, she’s happy and she’s recovering from being a people pleaser. She ends the post on a positive light, adding, “Now, I feel so solid standing on the foundation that I know I am a good person. I have made mistakes but I have loved well. My intentions are pure and I am proud of the woman I am becoming. Not a single other soul needs to think that or agree with me for that to be true. And once I realized that, I became free to be the most authentic, true version of me.”
