‘Y&R’ Weekly Spoilers: Victor Investigates, Jack Fights For Kyle, Mariah Loses It
‘The Young and the Restless spoilers for August 16-20,2021, reveal pregnancy and captivity getting the best of Mariah while Jack fights Ashland Locke to do the right thing with one little boy.
‘The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Will Mariah Be Found On Time?
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) has been locked in a room with nothing but magazines, well-timed nutritious meals, and a baby in her belly to talk to for weeks. That’s enough to drive anyone crazy, but when you’re pregnant it can be all the more frightening. As Sharon (Sharon Case), Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) do the best they can to find Mariah now that they realize she is in trouble, Mariah begins to lose it in that room.
She especially fears she will be forced to give birth on her own since she has had no human contact and has no clue what her kidnapper has planned? Will she be found in time to have the baby or will labor reveal the identity of her kidnapper? Well, Sharon decides to involve Victor (Eric Braeden), which means she might be saved soon. Even Devon (Bryton James) gets in on the act when he decides to call his new private investigator friend.
What Will Happen To Harrison?
Summer (Hunter King) and Kyle (Michael Mealor) really want Harrison with them in Italy and Ashland (Richard Burgi) seemed ready to agree to that now that Tara (Elizabeth Leiner) is out of the picture, but he changes his mind. He is not sure how much time he has left due to the cancer and wants to spend as much of that time as possible with Harrison.
Jack (Peter Bergman) takes umbrage at that idea and a battle ensues. It also looks like Summer and Kyle have to make another video call and appeal to Ashland. But will it work? After all, he is the child’s legal guardian and the only father he has ever truly known.
Victor Tries To Rule The Roost
Victor has a lot on his mind this week and it all has to do with his family. First, he tries to get Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Adam (Mark Grossman) to settle their differences, but that doesn’t look like it’s about to happen any time soon. Maybe Victoria should take some lessons from Nick (Joshua Morrow) on how to get along with their brother.
Then, Victor decides he is going to investigate Ashland. Something still seems off with the man who is so suddenly in love with his daughter and plans to marry her. Will Victor find out any dirt that Victoria needs to know. She does have a habit of rushing into things with new men.
