Wait, Why Are So Many Duggars Leaving Arkansas Right Now?
Several members of the Duggar family have left Arkansas recently, and fans are interested to know why. What’s going on with the family, and why are they leaving their home state?
Counting On fans know that most of the family lives in Arkansas, with the exception of a couple of the adult children. Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo moved to Los Angeles, California a couple of summers ago. There, Jeremy is attending the Master’s Seminary. Justin and Claire Duggar also moved to Texas after they tied the knot earlier this year. Claire’s family lives in Texas too.
Now, they aren’t the only Duggar kids outside of Arkansas. As we’ve reported, Jill and Derick Dillard are in Oregon, Jedidiah and Katey Duggar are spending some time in Tennesee, and John and Abbie Duggar recently went to Wisconsin.
So, why are the Duggar kids leaving Arkansas?
On Instagram, Jill shared a snap of herself and her husband kissing on the beach. She wrote, “Glad to have some time to get away from some of the more stressful things of life lately!”
Also on social media, John and Abbie, as well as their toddler Gracie, revealed they went to Wisconsin to go to an air show. Bringing Up Bates star Carlin Bates documented Jed and Katey’s trip to Tennesee, where they hung out with the Bates family. Because all of these trips are so close together, it’s possible there’s something going on back in Arkansas. Sources have said that the family is divided over Josh Duggar’s arrest.
It’s also possible that the former TLC stars are on their typical summer vacations. Of course, Jill’s caption and the timing of their trips is interesting. Fans understand why they would need a break after the past few months they have had. Plus, Josh’s trial is still a couple of months away, so the stress may continue to build.
Regardless of why the Duggars left Arkansas, fans are glad they’re getting away and enjoying some time with their friends and family outside of the state. It looks like everyone is having a great time in the photos they’ve shared.
