Below Deck star Kate Chastain shared her thoughts on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 6. She did not hold back on her feelings for Lexi Wilson. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Lexi had a rough season. She does not get along with any of her crew members.

It all came to a head during a drunken crew night out. It was a competition of who could get the drunkest and loudest. Lexi had everyone beat when she threatened to fight Mzee Demper. The following morning, she claimed she didn’t remember anything that happened the night before.

Former chief stew Kate Chastain said that she’s concerned for newbie Katie Flood.

Kate Chastain thinks Katie Flood “already lost a war” against Lexi Wilson

Lexi Wilson has been making headlines lately. She announced on Instagram that she’s “no longer in the yachting industry.” Some are wondering if she’s set to become an Instagram influencer. However, she set her Instagram account private before deleting it. Bosun Malia White hinted that Lexi is engaged to a wealthy man, which means she could be set for life.

Below Deck alum Kate Chastain shared her thoughts on the volatile stew. She revealed that she’s more concerned about Katie Flood than Lexi herself. She suggested that her fellow cohort “showed her cards” by trying to deescalate the drunken situation.

“Dogs, bees, and Lexi can sense fear,” Kate said. “And Katie is showing her cards too much. She has already lost the war, I fear.”

The former Bravo’s Chat Room host thinks Lexi has to be more “self-aware” over her behavior. Kate also knows that the crowded space on the yacht doesn’t help. The retired chief stew says “that the most difficult thing about working on a yacht” is bunking with your fellow crew members. However, she learned a lot during her time in yachting.

What the Below Deck alum learned from being a yachtie

Kate said she became more “socially aware” when she worked at sea. She noted that people like Lexi are the ones who “have the biggest problem with it.” The Bravo personality feels that the Below Deck Med star should “learn to be more self-aware.” Obviously, that’s not going well for Lexi since no one can trust her.

She exploded during a drunken night out. The Bahamian beauty claims the loss of her father caused her to go over the edge. She attacked the entire deck crew when they returned to the yacht. She even harassed one of the crew members. Lexi apologized for her behavior in the crew meeting the next day, but Malia doesn’t think her apology was sincere.

“So, I don’t think it was as sincere as we wanted it to be, but I think for her, that’s the best we were going to get,” Malia told Us Weekly before teasing, “The story with Lexi isn’t done, so you’ll get to see, you know, what else happens and what we go through with Lexi. But I think what’s happened has happened with Lexi and she’s just kind of done with it and that’s fair.”

Below Deck Med airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
