‘Y&R’ Spoilers: Victor Newman Takes Ashland Down At Wedding?

According to the Y&R spoilers, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is ready to take down Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi). This is the face-off that fans have been waiting for. They think that Ashland is the perfect person to go up against Victor. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Ashland and Victoria are enjoying their engagement in New York City.

The lovebirds want to celebrate for as long as they can. Of course, there are concerns over whether Ashland is faking his illness so he can gain control of Victor’s company. The best way to seek his revenge is to go through his daughter, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). The couple will finally share their engagement news, which will certainly get a reaction out of their family.

Y&R spoilers – Will Victoria have the wedding day blues?

According to the Y&R spoilers for the week of August 9-13, Victoria’s dream wedding could come crashing down on her. It was previously assumed that Ashland is the reason why she doesn’t move forward with her plans. But it could be Victor who finds out something about Ashland. Surprisingly, he offers his blessing with their upcoming wedding, but something could change.

Victor will find something about Ashland. He’s suspicious of the business tycoon. For some reason, he doesn’t trust him. In true Victor Newman style, he will investigate Ashland to see what it is about him that he doesn’t like.

Even though he doesn’t trust Victoria completely with the family business, he cares about her happiness. After all, no one is good enough for his daughter. Realizing that she’s marrying his rival will want him to snoop into all things Ashland. Victor finds out a big clue that could disrupt their wedding plans.

Ashland goes head-to-head with Jack Abbott

The Y&R spoilers also tease that Ashland and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will go to war. Ashland has a lot to juggle. Not only is he dealing with Victor Newman, but he’s also feuding with Jack. Somehow, this could tie in with Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) decision to go to Italy to be with Summer Newman (Hunter King).

Kyle wants to bring his son, Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez), with him. Ashland is not on board with this idea, but he’ll have to get through Jack first. Ashland might take Harrison out of the Abbott mansion himself and have him move into Victoria’s place. Clearly, Ashland wants to fight back, even if he doesn’t feel that Harrison is his biological son.

There will be a fight between Jack and Ashland soon that will involve his son. Jack could spill the beans and reveal Kyle’s Italy plans. Or, even worse, Kyle could try to pitch the idea to Ashland that could really upset him. Fans will have to wait and see how this all plays out.
