‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Mike And Nina Hit The Sheets Soon Here’s Why
General Hospital spoilers say Nina and Mike take their relationship to the next level. That kind of talk usually always means hitting the sheets. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) are growing closer on General Hospital. Of course, viewers of the ABC soap know that Sonny has amnesia. He’s been living a simpler life as “Mike” in Nixon Falls. Nina is all too aware that “Mike” is actually the don of Port Charles. She also knows he has a grieving wife and family back there. However, her growing feelings for “Mike” far outweigh her guilty conscience.
Lately, the pair have been bonding over their concern for their ailing friend Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) who was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Lenny is busy with treatments with his wife, Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) by his side. So ‘Mike” and Nina have been taking care of their bar, the Tan-O. Now they have more time alone to explore their attraction. We will lay out why the writers will most likely “go there” with Mike and Nina and what could inevitably trigger Sonny’s memories.
GH Spoilers – Nina Gets Her Man – Can It Last?
It is quite obvious “Mike” and Nina are falling hard for one another. GH spoilers for the week of August 9 to August 13 tease the duo will take their relationship to the next level. The fallout from this act of intimacy can cause great soapy drama for years to come. Sonny is still dealing with the consequences of making crypt love to Ava Jerome (Maura West). Rather, it is Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) since Sonny is presumed dead. Making love to Nina would also have lasting ramifications. So why wouldn’t the writers go there with all of the great drama with this one act?
Nina would be impacted the most. She’s already jumping through hoops to keep “Mike’s ‘ world from colliding with Sonny’s. What if Sonny’s memories come flooding back as a result of their lovemaking. Imagine her pain if he calls out Carly’s name during the act. We don’t know when Sonny’s memory will come back. So a more likely scenario is an attachment that lasts beyond Sonny remembering who he is.
Is There A Life Beyond Nixon Falls For Sonny and Nina?
Every true soap fan knows amnesia is not a permanent condition. It is doubtful that it would be any different in General Hospital. Sonny will have to contend with the fact that Nina kept him from his loved ones for months. He may be quite angry even though he did not show any desire to know about his life. Nina may use that as an excuse. That and how happy he was being ” Mike” He will also have to deal with his wife marrying his best friend. Also, he will have to readjust to being the mob kingpin of Port Charles.
On the other hand, Nina will be a pariah. Carly will be out for blood. Nina may lose her grandson because of her deceit. She will also have to come to terms with losing the man she loves. Or will she? Many GH fans believe Sonny and Carly are endgame. But will it be so easy for him to forget his feelings for Nina? Keep watching General Hospital find out.
