Fans shouldn’t expect to see Vicki Gunvalson back on The Real Housewives of Orange County any time soon. In early 2020, the original cast member of the very first Real Housewives announced her shocking exit after 14 seasons. Reportedly, Bravo offered her a reduced role, which she turned down.
Throughout her time on the show, viewers watched Vicki’s marriage to Donn crumble. They also watched as she found love with Steve Lodge. He finally popped the question in 2019. The couple has yet to walk down the aisle. In fact, their relationship status has been a hot topic among fans.
Whether she is still engaged to Steve or not, she strongly backs his decision to run for Governor of California. Yes, there’s a chance that Vicki Gunvalson could go from OG of the OC to First Lady of CA.
Steve Lodge Takes Aim at Lisa Vanderpump
Earlier this week, Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants announced a new policy for helping curb the surging COVID-19 cases. PUMP and TomTom will require patrons to show proof of vaccine or a negative COVID test. Vanderpump Rules’ featured restaurant, SUR, doesn’t seem to have the same requirements.
As part of his campaign for Governor, Steve Lodge took MAJOR issue with the new policy. He shared a video on Instagram lambasting Lisa Vanderpump for the new rules. He pointed out that the restaurants don’t have policies for other contagions, such as the flu, rabies, or STDs.
Steve Lodge further called the policy a “medical privacy of their customers.” Twitter user @BrightlyAgain shared the video clip on Twitter.

In addition to her restaurants in California, Lisa Vanderpump opened the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden in Las Vegas. She recently announced that she’s bringing a second restaurant to Vegas, Vanderpump à Paris. The new venture will open later this year.
