Everything Known About Kaitlyn Bristowe & Jason Tartick’s Future Wedding
Bachelor Nation was pumped when Jason Tartick finally popped the question to Kaitlyn Bristowe. The former Bachelorette and Dancing With the Stars winner can’t wait to marry her best friend. They began planning their wedding almost as soon as their engagement happened. So, what’s been shared about Jason and Kaitlyn’s future wedding?

US Weekly shared all about the planning that has been going into Kaitlyn and Jason’s upcoming nuptials. First of all, they can’t wait for marriage. However, they are taking the planning slow so that everything is perfect and exactly how they want it. They are selecting a wedding planner. After that’s been decided they will move on to select the venue and date. However, they did reveal recently they are looking at getting married in early summer 2022.
One is certain, each has a very specific idea of how they want their wedding to be. Jason said, “For me, one thing I have said, from the day I ever started thinking about my wedding was that I would love a DJ [and] a live band.” He continued, “I want a big celebration; I want to enjoy it and I want to have a good time. I want to be dancing all night with the Dancing With the Stars champion and have so much fun.”
Kaitlyn also has ideas of what she wants her wedding to be. However, her mind seems to change from time to time. She recently said, “I just know basically as soon as we can get the ball rolling, I want it to be like a Great Gatsby–like black-tie event, very glam, which is so opposite of what I thought I’d want.” She continued, “Four years ago I would have been like, I want bohemian. I want farm-style. I just keep changing my mind.”
The big proposal
Jason finally popped the question to Kaitlyn in May 2021. Kaitlyn did not expect it at the time. He proposed at home on her podcast. Jason said it was his mom who came up with the idea. Since they met on the podcast it was like things were coming full circle.
Kaitlyn said, “It was everything I could have asked for. The words that came out of his mouth were insanely beautiful. We’ve never locked eyes like that in our lives. We were holding hands, so intense, and I was listening to his every word, but still blacked out.”
It couldn’t have gone smoother. Now, fans can’t wait to watch them continue their journey as husband and wife.
