What Blake Moynes Drama Didn’t Make ‘The Bachelorette’ Cut?

Blake Moynes coming back as a contestant on Katie Thurston’s season after dating two previous Bachelorettes set tongues wagging. Fans went into his social media for more information and discovered something interesting. Blake knew contestant Brendan Scanzano before the show. They’re both from Canada. Following along with Bachelor fan’s tweets, you can see how they knew each other, but it isn’t something that’s been addressed on the show. Fans found pictures on Instagram of them on the same hockey team together.

Fans love Blake Moynes, and they loved him, even more when he pulled a, “Say Anything,” with a boombox outside of Katie’s room after Connor went home. Blake will set fans and critics right on Twitter too, he’s not afraid to speak his mind just like Katie. One fan tweeted they thought he was an athlete who got a lot of girls and just told them what they wanted to hear. Blake tweeted back, “Fun fact I’ve been in long-term relationships from 19 – 28!”

What Blake Moynes Drama Was Cut From The Show?

Blake Moynes knowing Brendan the firefighter hasn’t been addressed on the show at all. In an interview with Wells Adams, he said the two did have a conversation about it. The footage was shot and fans didn’t see it, because it didn’t make it to the final cut.

Wells told E News, “the one thing they haven’t touched on is that Blake and Brendan, the guy with like the bouffant, knew each other before the show. And Blake suggested to Brendan to go on the show. And so when he shows up later, he’s like, ‘What’re you doing here? You told me to come here!’”

Maybe It Will Come Up In The Men’s Tell-All

Blake Moynes is clearly becoming a front-runner. He got a one-on-one right away. Wells revealed a little more about the season. When he was asked about past contestants coming back, he gave his thoughts. He said first, “it’s a little thirsty looking. Especially for Blake, because he dated Tayshia and Clare, but that wasn’t really his fault.”

He went on to say from what he hears Blake is, “a sincere and lovely guy, who had a connection with Katie before the show.” He thinks both Blake as a dark horse and Greg are in the running to win the season.

Who Does He Think Will Win?

They asked Wells why everyone always knows each other like everything that happened at Stagecoach. Wells said when the season ends everyone will DM and ask who is coming to Paradise. He said, then they all go out, “and make terrible decisions.” That’s how everyone knows each other by the time filming starts and it leads to drama.
