‘New Hair, Who Dis?!’ Fresh Cut Wildly Confuses Layla Bates: See Pics
Bringing Up Bates star Carlin Bates Stewart documented a hilarious moment between her one-year-old daughter Layla and her dog Izzy. Naturally, Bates fans are loving these photos and think the little girl and her dog make the perfect pair.
In a new Instagram post, the young mom reveals that she just picked Izzy up from the groomer. The Bates-Stewarts added the puppy to their family a few months ago, and she’s gotten groomed a couple of times. Whenever Izzy isn’t at home, Little Layla misses her dog. This time, she got a full groom, which means she came home looking much different.
In her post, Carlin writes, “New haircut, who dis? 😅 It only took Layla about an hour to realize this ‘strange new doggie’ was the same ole Izzy .🐶”
In one of the photos, Layla and Izzy are sitting side-by-side as the toddler stares down the pup. The next pictures in the series give Carlin’s followers a behind-the-scenes look at how the family photographs a busy baby and a puppy. They’re holding up treats for Izzy and an apple for Layla to encourage them to look at the camera.
The last part of Carlin’s post is a video of Layla and Izzy reuniting after the little one realizes it truly is her dog.
Bringing Up Bates fans obsess over new photos of Layla and Izzy
Fans can’t help but comment on how cute Layla and Izzy are together. They think it’s hilarious that Layla was confused about the dog’s haircut too. One fan does point out that they accidentally brought home the wrong dog from the groomer before. Carlin said that the dramatic haircut made her do a double-take, but she’s sure she has the right dog.
One fan writes, “Some serious denial in that first photo!!” Another one adds, “Glad she found her doggy.”
Layla’s adorable outfit got lots of attention too. The toddler is wearing a white top with a rainbow on it with a pair of red bell bottoms. Fans think she looks very fashionable.
