With six little girls running around, and a pair of them being twins, it isn’t surprising that after six years, OutDaughtered fans still can’t tell Ava and Olivia Busby apart. The fact that people can’t tell the Busby twins apart is evidenced in a recent Graeson Bee post. Keep reading to find out more about telling Ava and Olivia Busby apart.
OutDaughtered fans aren’t the only ones that can’t tell the Busby quints apart
Faithful OutDaughtered fans shouldn’t feel bad if they can’t tell Ava and Olivia Busby apart. An episode of the show from last season reveals that even fellow quint, Parker can’t tell her sisters apart sometimes. This realization comes during an episode where Adam and Danielle Busby are trying to teach all of the quints how to ride a bike. During all the commotion, Parker exclaims, “Olivia, I’ll show you how to do it!” In response, the quint goes, “I’m not Olivia!” Causing people to wonder, can Parker tell Olivia and Ava apart? Some may argue it is an honest mistake made during all the hustle and bustle of trying to learn how to ride a bike.
Last month (June), OutDaughtered mom, Danielle Busby shares a photo of one of the twins. Oftentimes, Danielle lets followers know which twin it is in the caption, but not this time. All the caption says is, “Love this little squish face.” However, everyone that comments with a quint name seems convinced that this photo is of Olivia/Lulu.
A recent Instagram post shows fans can’t tell Ava or Olivia Busby apart
Most recently, a photo of one of the twins shows up on the Busby’s boutique page, Graeson Bee. This time, fans aren’t so sure in the comments about who they’re looking at. One fan comments that it’s Olivia/Lulu, but others respond with that it is Ava. Additionally, most of the other comments name the twin as Ava. However, none of the Busbys confirm which twin is in the photo.

In 2018, Adam and Danielle post a video on their YouTube about how to tell all the quints apart. In this video, Blayke and her cousin explain how they tell the babies apart. When they get to Olivia, Blayke points out that Olivia wears different earrings from the other quints. But that isn’t the only way to tell Olivia and Ava apart. Everyone agrees that Olivia has a very round face and very curly hair. Also, Ava’s “quint color” is pink, while Olivia’s is dark pink.
