General Hospital spoilers for July 12-16, 2021, reveal Austin’s true identity sending Maxie into a major panic.
General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie’s Baby Switch Has Too Many Holes
Maxie (Kirsten Storms) thought she had it all figured out but didn’t count on her nurse being crazy and kidnapping her so she’d have to give birth in the woods with a strange doctor. That doctor turned out to be a man named Austin (Roger Howarth) who is now working at General Hospital
Austin also has a connection to the Qs and he reveals that connection at the ELQ board meeting this week. Needless to say, the Quartermaine family is shocked as there seems to be a new family member in their midst. To Maxie, this means trouble. Her baby is with the Quartermaines and now the man who delivered her might find something familiar about the baby living in Monica’s (Leslie Charleson) house.
Maxie also panics when she’s around Nina (Cynthia Watros) and asks too many questions about the baby after learning Nina was visiting Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). She finally blurts out that the baby belongs to her and Nina is shocked. She also worries for Valentin because he is bound to be the most hurt in this scheme.
Valentin Won’t Give Up On Anna, Sam Is Confused About Jason
Valentin has a new goal after kissing Anna (Finola Hughes). He wants to win her heart and she wants to run away. So, in a week in which he has to worry about whether he will remain CEO of ELQ, he also tries to convince Anna they should give things a shot.
Meanwhile, Sam (Kelly Monaco) is very interested in a new plan Jason (Steve Burton) has. He really plans to marry Carly (Laura Wright)? This makes no sense to her especially since she saw how close he was getting to Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). She questions him about this decision, but even she admits Carly always got in the way of Jason’s personal life.
Carly and Nina May Be In For A Surprise
As for Carly? She will always be Carly as this time she has a face-off with Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs), which should be interesting. Does she also plan to rub even more salt in Britt’s wound? Little do both Carly and Nina know that Phyllis is busy convincing Sonny to visit Nina in Port Charles.
That can throw in a crimp in the Carly and Jason marriage plans. It might also throw a crimp in Nina’s plans to get to know her grandson. Phyllis does have a warning for Sonny about Nina before he leaves. Will he heed it?
