Then, on Friday, Henry Cavill went to Instagram to share an equally short preview focused on Geralt of Rivia. Within a couple of days, over four million people viewed the clip from his site. Although fans expected to see Anya Chalotra’s Yennefer in the next preview, no one complained to see Cavill in the lead role. He has embodied Geralt and fans of the books and the video games have embraced him.

The Witcher Season 2 has been plagued by delays due to Covid. In addition, back in December, Henry Cavill experienced a serious hamstring injury. However, earlier in 2021, they managed to conclude filming in the most challenging of circumstances. Now, fans are ready to see more of their favorite characters and stories that have been taken from the Andrzej Sapkowski’s novels.
