Jill Dillard took to her Instagram Stories recently to share she celebrated her birthday with several members of her family. She noted it was a late birthday lunch at her favorite place to eat with her sisters. She tagged Jessa and Joy. Thanking them for coming to her birthday lunch with her.
As you can see from the screenshot down below, Jill also called Jana out with a tag. She noted that she missed Jana Duggar. Indicating that she had wanted her sister at the lunch as well. Perhaps Jana was even supposed to be at the birthday lunch and bailed on them.
Obviously, only Jill Dillard and Jana Duggar know the true status of their relationship. But, some Duggar fans think this lack of sister hang during a special occasion means they might be at odds right now. Do you think there is tension between Jana and Jill at the moment?

Now, it is possible Jana Duggar has just been too busy to drop in for lunch with her sisters. She hasn’t been too active on social media after all. It was over a week ago since the last time she posted. Her last post was a video of her working in her garden. But, the last time she really showcased herself on social media was sick weeks ago.
Some fans speculate Jana could be hiding because of the drama surrounding her family right now. It is also possible her rumored courtship is keeping her busy.
