So she is ready to leave the hospital and finalize her plans to move to South Africa with her bestie and first love, Theo Carver. Of course, this news guts Ben. He knows once Ciara regains her memory, she will be back in his arms. Then they can restart their lives together. However, if she is in South Africa, she will choose to move on and never remember her love for Ben.

He knows she needs to be in familiar surroundings with family and friends to help her remember the last few years. So he makes a selfless and grand gesture to sway Ciara to stay. He’s already promised to give her all the space she needs while she recovers her short-term memory.

Days of Our Lives spoilers know Belle Black is in custody for the murder of Charlie Dale. Belle’s coat button was found alongside the body. So that now makes her the prime suspect. Belle claims she didn’t do it. However, Rafe Hernandez’s (Galen Gering) hands are tied when DA  Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) forces him to arrest her.
Days of Our Lives fans know Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) is the actual shooter. She wore a red coat like Belle’s and offed the rapist. Even Belle’s father, John Black (Drake Hogestyn), thinks his “Tink” killed Charlie thanks to his hypnosis session with his wife, Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Now DOOL spoilers say father and daughter put their heads together to make sense of everything.
