Peter Weber has been busy lately. Not only has he been creating a new podcast and writing children’s book, he’s also spilling the tea on Bachelor secrets. Peter shared recently how producers involved themselves in everything, including kissing. What did Peter have to say about producers?
Peter Weber dishes on Bachelor secrets involving kissing
US Weekly shared all about what Peter Weber had to say. He appeared recently on the Here for the Right Reasons podcast. Peter appeared on the podcast with his roommate and best friend Dustin Kendrick. Peter questioned his title of being The Bachelor who kissed the most women during his first night as the lead.
He said, “I don’t know if I actually am the Bachelor that did that!” Peter continued, “Everyone kisses a lot of people, but I probably just played ball a little bit too much with the producers. You don’t see this on camera, like, so many times, I was being given this [signal] the entire time, like, they wanted that and hey, if I was feeling it with the girl, I was gonna go in for it.”
He further clarified that producers would definitely signal if it was a good time to go in for a kiss. Peter said, “Producers, if they think it’s a good time to kiss, they’ll, like, tap their fingers or they have their phone that says, ‘Kiss.’”
He continued his explanation saying, “The first night, though, it’s usually [the girls’] names behind their head, just to kind of remind me, and then it’ll segue from that to, ‘All right, you should do this, we think it’s a good time.’ … And then I got labeled, I guess, the most-kissed Bachelor.”
Does he regret his time as The Bachelor?
Peter shared that he absolutely does not regret his time on the show. He said he doesn’t regret what happened. He wishes things would have worked out and he would be engaged. However, he believes in that moment he was following his heart. Peter was doing what he felt was best for him at the time.
Peter also wishes he would have been able to not cause people pain. It does not good to look back with regrets. However, he said, “But you can’t go through life, like, ‘Oh, it turned out not the exact way I wanted, so I regret that now.’” He concluded. “You’re gonna go crazy living life like that.”
Following the show, Peter dated Kelley Flanagan for ten months before calling it quits. He’s currently single.
