‘Return to Amish’ Sabrina & Jethro Have Special Family Moment
TLC shares a teaser ahead of tomorrow’s (April 19) episode of Return to Amish. The teaser features fan favorites, Sabrina Burkholder and Jethro Nolt. From the looks of it, it looks like tomorrow’s episode will feature a very special family moment. Keep reading to find out more about Sabrina and this special family moment.
Return to Amish Sabrina Burkholder brings home another baby
As Return to Amish fans already know, Sabrina is a mom to four children. Unfortunately, sources allege due to past drug abuse issues, Sabrina doesn’t have custody of her two older daughters. Consequently, the girls’ father’s sister adopts them. In a 2018 episode of Return to Amish, she explains why she gave up custody of her daughters. “I signed my kids off because it was the best thing to do for them.”
At home, Sabrina and Jethro have two children. In a recent post to the Facebook Group, Breaking Amish Info Center, Sabrina connects with fans. It is in this post that fans get to learn some insider information about what day-to-day life is like for Sabrina and Jethro. She shares that “Our normal day to day lives are actually quite boring.” Additionally, she answers another fan question about what the family is up to these days. “Jethro frames houses and I stay home with the kids.”
A special family moment for Sabrina Burkholder and Jethro Nolt
Luckily for fans, tomorrow night’s episode will give them a look into a heartwarming family moment. Sabrina explains how thoughtful everyone is when they brought baby Skyler home from the hospital. “When we brought Skyler home from the hospital everybody was really nice and sat in the backyard because they wanted to allow me and to have some quality time with our family.” Clearly, their family recognizes and respects this special moment.
Adorably, the clip features the couple introducing baby Skyler to her big brother, Zekiah. Gutwrenchingly, Sabrina shares a quote about her recovery. “They say that a grateful addict will never use and I have a lot to be grateful for,” shares Sabrina.

It also seems like Sabrina had to have a c-section for Skyler. At one point during the clip, she tells Zekiah that she wants to hold him so bad, but she fears that he will kick her in her incision. However, after a few minutes, Sabrina wants to hold him. Jethro reminds her that she can’t pick him up, but he can put Zekiah on her knee.
