Since the beginning of Season 15 of Sister Wives, fans get to tweet along with Kody, Meri, Janelle, and Robyn. Kody shares early in the season that this is a safe way for his family to interact with their fans. Oftentimes, these tweets share some behind-the-scenes information that viewers may not usually be privy to.
The Sister Wives family communication issues cause multiple wives to struggle
During the Sister Wives tweet alongs, there have been several instances where the wives have share raw emotion as they react to recent episodes of the show. The most recent episode’s tweet along isn’t any different. The fourth wife, Robyn Brown shares her feelings on a couple of things that happen during the episode.
Unfortunately, it isn’t a secret that the Brown family has communication issues. Notably, Robyn speaks about this in a recent interview with US Weekly Correspondent Christina Garibaldi. “I think that communication has been an issue for a really long times,” shares Robyn without hesitation. Additionally, Robyn says, “I think that there are some issues that can just come from living plural marriage.” Luckily, it doesn’t seem like this is a dealbreaker for Robyn. She shares that you just have to “get past yourself and trust each other and you have to be trustworthy. And so, I think communication can kind of come into play as far as the whole plural marriage thing.”

Sadly, communication (or lack of communication) seems to take its toll on third wife, Christine Brown in a recent Sister Wives episode. In Season 15 Episode 4, Christine Brown opens up about her feelings. One, particularly concerning statement she makes, is, “I’m sure everybody hates me all the time.” Painstakingly, Christine goes on to explain why she feels like that. “I put myself in the basement and became a basement wife. I just feel like I stopped having a choice and I didn’t really matter as much.”
Robyn Brown seems to relate to Christine
Robyn takes to Twitter to share her thoughts. “It makes me sad to hear that Christine doesn’t feel like she matters,” pens the fourth wife. “As far as I am concerned her opinion is just as important as everyone else,” writes Robyn in validation of Christine’s feelings. However, it seems that Robyn seems to chalk the whole thing up to being a problem with plural marriage. “I know it is a struggle for each of use to feel heard,” concludes Robyn.
It makes me sad to hear that Christine doesn’t feel like she matters. As far as I am concerned her opinion is just as important as everyone else’s. I know it is a struggle for each of us to feel heard.

Fans are confused by this. Rightfully so, since they oftentimes speculate that she is the favorite wife. Followers take to the comments of this tweet and tear apart Robyn. One of the more tame comments suggests that Kody just keep two wives. “Maybe 2 wives is the magic number. I don’t know, but Christine and Meri are hurting,” comments the follower. What do you think?
