‘Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown Shares A ‘Silver Lining’
For several seasons of Sister Wives, viewers have watched in dismay as Kody and Meri Brown’s marriage noticeably struggles in front of the cameras. Fans also speculate that Kody only has two consistent wives that are actually into the polygamist lifestyle. While fans dote on Janelle for being the reasonable wife, they also point out that Robyn seems to be the most favored wife.
Sister Wives Janelle Brown makes a difficult decision during the ongoing global coronavirus pandemic
When the height of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic hit Arizona, all of the wives had to make difficult decisions for their portion of the Brown family. In a recent interview with US Weekly, Christine Brown shares that she spent about five or six weeks away from Kody. She also confirms that Janelle spent about the same amount of time away from Kody. Ultimately, both wives decide to do what’s best for their children.

At one point, Janelle and Kody seem to get in a tiff over how Janelle handles her initial coronavirus situation. Their grown children, Gabriel and Garrison still live in Janelle’s home. While Garrison has a job working in the public, it seems that Gabe didn’t want to give up his social life. Kody seems adamant about not wanting to risk exposure. He even takes to Twitter in celebration that he’s makes it a year without exposure. All of that to say, Janelle thinks it’s best that Kody stays away.
Kody Brown and his second wife still act like newlyweds
Given Kody’s actions at Meri’s mom’s funeral, it’s pretty obvious that he still has romantic feelings towards his second wife. The Sun captures the couple smiling and kissing during the solemn event. The outlet also reports that Kody was quite chatty and didn’t “read the crowd.”
Even about a year earlier, as depicted on the most recent episode of Sister Wives the pair act like a normal married couple that’s been separated for a few weeks. Janelle takes to Twitter to share her feelings after rewatching their initial reunion. “If there is a silver lining of @realkodybrown and I being apart for those weeks – I was reminded how much I really love him and want him around – even after 27 years of marriage.” As cliché as it sounds, absence must make the heart grow founder.
