Everyone is stunned by Sister Wives Meri Brown mom’s passing

Since then, Grandma Bonnie’s passing continues to make headlines. For starters, fans were very observant about which family members weren’t offering Meri their condolences. Top of the list is Meri’s husband, Kody Brown. Two days after Meri took to Instagram to share the passing of her mother, Kody finally shares his thoughts on Twitter. However, it seems like it was just out of convenience since he was already tweeting along with the most recent episode of Sister Wives and Grandma Bonnie was on the episode he was tweeting about.

Unfortunately, the drama involving Kody and his mother-in-law’s death doesn’t stop there. The Sister Wives patriarch makes headlines for his actions at Grandma Bonnie’s funeral. Not only was he “chatty” during the quiet, solemn event, but some even describe him as being overly affectionate with his second wife, Janelle Brown.

All of that to say, the week since Meri Brown’s mother’s passing has been a whirlwind. Meri takes to Instagram to reflect. She gives a gut-wrenching description of the week. “Seven days of hell, of unimaginable pain, of chaos and confusion. Seven days of more tears than I thought were in me. Seven days of wondering, what do I do now?”

Kody’s first wife gives a heartbreaking update

It may be hard to imagine, but from the next part of Meri’s post, it seems like the mother and daughter had conversations about what Meri was to do at the time of her mom’s passing. “She always told me, when I get the call, I will go, it will be immediate and without warning. She didn’t lie. There was so much left undone. SO many things she knew that I don’t. SO many questions unanswered” writes Meri.

However, it is apparent that Meri holds tight to her faith in this difficult time. “I can only hope that since God had a plan for her, he has one for me as well. Because I feel so lost. They say the pain doesn’t last forever, that God provides strength to carry the pain and endure the grief. I’m still waiting for that,” shares Meri.

In closing, Sister Wives Meri Brown goes on to describe her mother. “Her life was truly centered on Christ, more than any person I’ve ever known. She was a giver, her home always a refuge, her arms always ready to give a hug.” By the way people remember and speak about Grandma Bonnie, this has to be true.
