What Hallmark Mysteries Are Premiering In The Spring?

Sleuthers, there isa slew of new Hallmark Mysteries coming out. These new mysteries star some fan favorites. They include Lacey Chabert (Winter In Vail), Brennan Elliot (Christmas In Vienna), Barbara Niven (Murder She Baked). In addition, Danica McKellar (Christmas In Dollywood), Victor Webster (Five Star Christmas) and, Bruce Boxleitner (Gourmet Detective). Also, Jesse Metcalfe (Desperate Housewives), Sarah Lind (Edgemont), Holly Robinson Peet (Christmas In Evergreen) and, Colin Lawrence (Riverdale).

Hallmark Mysteries Airing In April

Crossword Mysteries: Riddle Me Dead stars Lacey Chabert, Brennan Elliott and, Barbara Niven. Moreover, this movie premieres on Sunday, April 11, at 8 p.m. Eastern on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.

According to ET, Tess (Chabert) gets invited to be a part of a popular game show. However, when the host is unexpectedly murdered, she and Detective Logan O’Connor (Elliott) seek to uncover who was behind it all.

Matchmaker Mysteries: The Art of the Kill stars Danica McKellar, Victor Webster and, Bruce Boxleitner. This mystery premieres on Sunday, April 18 at 8 p.m. Eastern, on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.

Next, Angie (McKellar) stumbles across a murder at an art museum where her dad Nick (Boxleitner), a retired police detective, is working a theft case. Moreover, the victim was a noted archaeologist. The museum hired this man. In addition, his job was to authenticate provenances for recent acquisitions. Could his job be connected to his murder?

Meanwhile, as Detective Carter (Webster) investigates this death, Angie unofficially participates in the investigation. Consequently, her skills help lead Detective Carter to the culprit.

Hallmark Mysteries Premiering In May

Poisoned in Paradise: A Martha’s Vineyard Mystery stars Jesse Metcalfe and Sarah Lind. This mystery premieres on Sunday, May 16, at 8 p.m. Eastern, on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.

A waitress seeking Jeff’s (Metcalfe) help is poisoned. After that, he must solve her murder. However, he first must uncover the mysterious plot she’d tried to warn him about.

Morning Show Mysteries: Murder Ever After stars Holly Robinson Peete and Colin Lawrence. This mystery premieres on Sunday, May 23, at 8 p.m. Eastern, on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.

Following a shocking find in an old friend’s basement, TV host Billie Blessings (Robinson Peete) works with new-to-town detective Tyrell Hunter (Lawrence). Together, they  unearth a dark secret. Moreover, this secret is so damaging, it threatens to unravel the lives of the most powerful people in her city.

Rick Fox Out At Morning Show Mysteries

Above all, there is a big character change. Former professional basketball player Rick Fox is no longer part of the Morning Show Mysteries series. The actor portrayed police detective Ian Jackson. Hallmark has not shared why the three-time NBA champion is no longer in the series.

Instead, newcomer Colin Lawrence is coming in! However, he just recently starred along with Holly in Christmas In Evergreen: Bells Are Ringing.

Lastly, another big shocker is that Jesse Metcalfe is out at Chesapeake Shores. Subsequently, he will be leaving early in Season 5, which will premiere later in the summer. Meanwhile, his fans can enjoy his latest Martha’s Vineyard mystery.
