My 600-lb Life featured Ashley Dunn Bratcher at her heaviest weight. Desperate to lose weight and get her life back she went to Dr. Now for help! She did great on his strict weight loss program but fans are wondering, Where is she now? Did she continue to lose weight or did her food addiction return? Let’s take a look!
Ashley Dunn Bratcher struggle
Unfortunately, Ashley’s struggle with her weight started at a young age. She told fans that her mother reportedly had a drug addiction so she was hardly ever around, meanwhile the husband of Ashley’s babysitter had been abusing her. This drove her to seek comfort in food. And the addiction followed her into adulthood. Tipping the scale at 725 lb’s Ashley’s life was in danger because of her massive body weight, which was crushing her.
Ashley Dunn Bratcher sought out help
Ashley’s weight crippled her and she often relied on her young 5-year-old son to help her do things around the house. however, that was about to change! Ashley made the trip to see Dr. Now and he put her on a low-fat, low-carb diet. He also told Ashley to get up and move around more. Ashley did great on Dr. Now’s weight loss plan and was approved for surgery. She did so good that she’s been back on the show a few times to update viewers on her progress.

As Inquisitr reminded us, She appeared in a Where Are They Now? special, Where she revealed that over the course of two years she’s stuck with her weight-loss program. She lost a total of 350 pounds total and regained a lot of her mobility. Nevertheless, fans want to know if Ashley has stayed the course or has regained the weight she once lost?
Where is Ashley today?
By looking at Ashley’s Facebook page you can see that she has maintained her weight loss and looks great! She is still married to her loving husband and they recently celebrated an anniversary together. As you can see by the photo posted, her son is growing and is as handsome as ever! Ashley seems very happy with her choice to start such a tough program and had this to say,” “This whole journey has been not only a physical rollercoaster, it’s been very a much an emotional rollercoaster,” she said in an interview. “I’ve done fairly decent, but yes, I’ve had moments where I’ve broken down. Whoever says weight-loss surgery is the easy way out is crazy because this has really been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.” We will continue to check up and Ashley and hope she continues to meet her weight loss goals.
