Courtney & Eric Waldrop Remember Sextuplets’ Due Date
Courtney & Eric Waldrop welcomed their sextuplets three years ago, and now they remembered their due date. The six kids came 10 weeks early, but February 21 always holds special memories for them. The Sweet Home Sextuplets kids actually went home for the first time on what would have their due date if Courtney went full term. In her celebration posts, the mom of Tag, Rivers, Rawlings, Rayne, Layke, and Blu, also shouted out the NICU.

At three years old, the sextuplets grow into their own personalities. These days fans see that cute Rivers goes through the stage where she wants to stay up late for more mommy time. Meanwhile, everyone knows Blue’s very much a wild child. Equally cute, Rayne, Layke, and Tag also often feature on their mom’s Instagram account. While a lot of time in the TLC show reveals a frazzled mom, Courtney loves each of her nine kids. Recall, when the sextuplets arrived, Courtney & Eric already had three older boys.
The special anniversary day came via two posts that Courtney put up on Facebook on Sunday. The first photo revealed they stayed 72 days in the NICU. And the next one showed Courtney & Eric Waldrop sitting at home on the couch. They each held three of their adorable sextuplets. Another photo in the collage revealed all six of the kids snugly sleeping back to back. Of course, fans of Sweet Home Sextuplets loved the throwback photos.
Homecoming Day memories
Nowadays, Courtney remembers her due date mostly as their “Homecoming Day.” In one of the posts, she told TLC fans that the three boys were the last ones ready for the trip home. Their parents spent 72 days in the Huntsville NICU. Pretty much, the place became their home. During that time, they became so close to the nursing staff that they also felt “like family.” Courtney & Eric Waldrop’s lives “changed forever” with the sextuplets going home. Nowadays, fans of Sweet Home sextuplets watch them navigate parenthood with a lively bunch of cute kids.
In the second batch of photos, Courtney said that they feel “thankful every year for this special Homecoming Day!!” She also talked about they treasure February 21, 2018 as their “very special day.” She added, “this day we…look back…thankful that God had a plan for this specific date.” And she mentioned how they took “ALL of [their] six babies home.” Courtney & Eric feel that it’s a very “Sweet Day To Remember!!!”
In the comments section of the post, plenty of fans told the couple how much they love watching the sextuplets grow up. One Sweet Home Sextuplets fan wrote, “So sweet of the babies 👶🏻 What a darling family! I hope your show starts again soon. Such a great program!💕”
