When Calls The Heart Has A New Visitor
Just a few days ago, ET released a scene from When Calls The Heart. Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) was on a date with Nathan (Kevin McGarry), along with baby Jack (Gunner and Lincoln Taylor) are out on a date with Nathan and Nathan’s niece, Allie (Jaeda Lily Miller).
As they stroll to Abigail’s Cafe, they spot Lucas and Helen. Helen has just arrived to Hope Valley. Elizabeth is quite interested in who this very attractive woman is. Turns out, it is Lucas’ mom, Helen Bouchard (Teryl Rothery).
Charming as ever, Lucas introduces mom to the quartet. “I’d like you all to meet my mother.” Elizabeth is taken aback. She seems nervous, as she meets Lucas’ mom.
Helen seems keen on meeting Elizabeth. After some pleasantries about her surprise visit, Helen looks right at Elizabeth and says, “After all, someone ought to take an interest in your writing, don’t you think?”
Why Helen Bouchard Could Influence Elizabeth’s Decision
Now that Helen Bouchard is in Hope Valley, she could certainly influence Elizabeth’s decision. She will see how Lucas treats her mom. She will also find a kindred spirit in Helen. Could Helen be the key to Elizabeth’s love triangle decision?
In addition, there seems to be a spark between Bill Avery (Jack Wagner) and Helen. Could there be a budding romance?
Who Is Teryl Rothery?
Although Teryl Rothery is new to When Calls The Heart, Hallmark fans have seen her in a cornucopia of projects. They include Holiday Date, The Dater’s Handbook and Chesapeake Shores. of course, she is well known for playing Dr. Janet Frasier on Stargate SG1.
She is also Muriel in Netflix’s Virgin River and was JL on The Good Doctor.
Hearties will certainly welcome this talented actress to Hope Valley. Who knows if she will love it so much that she will never leave?
When Does When Calls The Heart Season 8 Premiere?
When Calls The Heart Season 8 premiere is on Sunday, February 21, at 9 p.m. Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. Hearties can prepare for the big day by watching Season 7. Although WCTH is no longer on Netflix, there are some options.
It is easy to get Seasons 1- 7 on iTunes, Amazon and Google Play. In addition, Hallmark has their own App. That is called the HMN App. It only has Season 7, but for a mere $4.99 a month, fans can watch all 10 episodes.
