‘RHOC’: Vicki Gunvalson Gets Honest About Her Life and Family
Since Vicki Gunvalson left the RHOC, she’s been jet setting and postponing her wedding. She has also been talking smack about other housewives. Now, the OG of the OC is opening up about everything from business to family. Is it time we get to know the real Vicki?
The RHOC Loses Vicki
Vicki did not handle being demoted to “friend of” for Season 14 very well. She said she would not return if that continued and she kept her word. The show started with Vicki in 2006. Viewers watched as she worked her insurance business from her home and saw her daughter, Briana go to prom. Soon, her business explodes and she becomes a hugely successful businesswoman while Briana becomes a nurse and son, Michael joins the insurance business. Eventually, Vicki gets a divorce from second husband, Donn and starts dating scam artist, Brooks. She alienates many of her friends and has to fight to get them back.
However, daughter Briana still fights through health crisis’ and gets married. She gave her three grandsons but moved to North Carolina. Vicki ended up meeting Steve and they have a very safe and vanilla relationship. He ultimately proposed during Vicki’s final season but their wedding has been constantly put on hold. She has been involved in a podcast and real estate. But, what is really going on with Vicki, straight from the mogul’s mouth?
Is Vicki Struggling Financially?
Vicki just bought and renovated a home in North Carolina to be closer to Briana and her kids. She’s selling this home, but why? Briana’s husband, Ryan gets a job offer in Oklahoma which allows Briana to stay at home for at least a year. Vicki supports her family and she believes her home will sell very fast as her daughter’s home sold in one day. She won’t be buying a home in Oklahoma like she did in North Carolina. Briana’s home is big enough for all of them so she will just visit. And Vicki is not selling the NC home because she is struggling for money, either.
“I haven’t been on RHOC for over a year now, and I’m financially doing great in the midst of a world pandemic. I’ve always owned several real estate properties, and this was a good ‘flip’ house for me.” Vicki wants to remind everyone she has a very successful insurance business so she is not lacking. “I own 4 homes, and some are paid off…people are so mean and clueless.”
As for her and Steve, she addresses their relationship on Instagram. He spends more time in Puerto Vallarta than she does. However, he is no longer working. As for their wedding. They had to postpone due to Covid. This is Vicki’s truth and we can choose to believe it or not.
