The Bachelorette alum Hannah Brown is unabashedly open about her life. Whether she is talking about her struggle with acne or anxiety, she wants her followers to know she is human. In a recent post, she explored the topic of finding balance and setting boundaries in her life.
Hannah Brown Admits She Struggles With ‘Balance’
Hannah Brown may seem like she has a perfect life, but she wants her fans to know the truth. The brunette beauty gained legions of fans during her appearances on The Bachelor and later, The Bachelorette. She also had a stint on Dancing With The Stars, even winning the Mirrorball trophy.
But she’s not perfect. In a revealing post on her social media, she wrote about her struggles at perfecting the balancing act called life. She admits that she “feels all over the place” and can “come flailing down” at any minute. She doesn’t necessarily mean physical balance, but juggling the responsibilities of adulthood.
‘Pressure’ to Work On Relationships
One of the “pressures” that Hannah Brown struggles with is finding time for everything in her life. From “working on myself, keep working on my business, keep working on my relationships,” she falls short. While she doesn’t address it in her Instagram post, Us Weekly reports that she is dating model Adam Woolard.
Bachelor Nation fans are seriously invested in Hannah Brown’s romantic life. Some fans still ‘ship’ her romance with Tyler Cameron. Others think she would be a perfect match for current Bachelor Matt James.
And it seems all the pressure can be overwhelming for the television personality. Indeed, she writes that she has a “perpetual list” of responsibilities, such as touching base with loved ones and business ideas.
But she has some advice to share with her followers.
DWTS Alum Encourages Fans to ‘Be Gracious’ With Themselves
Hannah Brown may be struggling with finding ‘balance,’ but she doesn’t sweat the small stuff. She encourages fans to “be gracious” with themselves. She also suggests that fans rely on their faith for seeing them through their struggles.
The reality star also finds comfort in knowing her friends love her and are willing to wait for her to respond to texts and phone calls.
The DWTS alum tells fans to “keep growing.” And to take stock when they do “flail and fall.” She suggests fans ask themselves what broke their focus.
And after falling, “get back up & take another step.”
