Barbara Weber Shares Support For Both Peter Weber & Kelley Flanagan Following Breakup
Fans were shocked when New Years Eve brought news that former Bachelor Peter Weber and Kelley Flanagan broke up. Of course, comments instantly went towards Peter’s mom Barbara Weber. She has been the most outspoken parent in Bachelor history. And, she has always been a huge supporter of Kelley Flanagan. So, fans instantly started saying Barbara must be devastated. Now, Barb has addressed Peter and Kelley’s split and is showing support for both of them.

Peter’s mom went to his Instagram where he shared news of the split. She shared her thoughts on Peter and Kelley’s split. Barbara said, “Love can be fickle and it is not for the timid. Those who have experienced it know this all too well. But it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. Our hearts ache for you two. Kelley will always have a piece of our hearts and we wish her only the best. Mom and Dad.”
Peter and Kelley were good together. The two reconnected during quarantine. He spent a lot of time with her in Chicago at the time. The two then went and spent a lot of time in California with Peter’s family. Barbara welcomed Kelley with open arms. Recall, Barb was always supportive of Kelley and deemed her as a favorite from the beginning.
Peter and Kelley’s relationship
The two were nearly inseparable once they went Instagram official. They took numerous trips together and had amazing adventures. There were times engagement rumors flew, but in the end it was not true. However, Peter and Kelley were planning to move to New York after the new year. They were planning a future together. But, in the end it didn’t work out.
Peter announced their split December 31 on Instagram. He said, “Love is a funny thing. It can make you feel on top of the world and it can make you feel a pain you wish didn’t exist. I’m here to share that Kelley and I have decided to go our separate ways. While our relationship was filled with countless beautiful memories, our relationship simply didn’t work out in the end. Kelley is someone I will always have a special love for. Someone I have learned more from than she will ever understand. Someone I am so thankful came into my life and someone who I will always wish all of life’s greatest blessings on.”
