Kim Kardashian Puts Elves In Quarantine Until Christmas
Kim Kardashian’s elves have COVID-19. At least, that’s what she has told the kids, as she puts all four elves into “quarantine.”
That’s where they will stay for 10 days, according to TMZ. In other words, they’re not moving until Christmas, when it is time for all four elves to return home. There will be many parents loving her style, while others question why she even started Elf on the Shelf in the first place.
The elves will be allowed out of quarantine on Dec. 23.
Kim Kardashian is Fed Up with Moving the Elves Around
Kardashian took to social media to share the photo of the four elves packed up in glass jars. A note on the top tells the four kids that the elves are in quarantine. While they still have their magic, they won’t be able to fly to the North Pole and back each night. That means no getting up to any mischief.
They will be allowed back out on Dec. 23, which is when they’ll get back to sending messages to Santa to tell him whether the kids have been naughty or nice. North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm will still need to watch what they do and say because Santa will eventually find out.
Why would she do such a thing? It’s all because of her memory. Kim Kardashian says she is fed up with picking up all four elves and moving them around the house. She is fed up with thinking of things for the elves to do. It does seem a bit of a shame when the elves are only there for 24 days anyway, but a fair few fans have found it hilarious all the same.
The elves won’t be in quarantine for 14 days like they’re supposed to with COVID-19—although, the amount of time to be in quarantine does depend on the health boards and the recommendations. It’s hard to keep track sometimes!
No Photos of the Elf on the Shelf
One thing Kardashian West hasn’t done is include photos of the elves getting up to mischief on her social media. This could have been an excellent opportunity to show her sense of humor and the fun the kids have this time of year. It wasn’t until the video that she shared she even did Elf on the Shelf.
There’s no update on how her four children have reacted to this decision. There will certainly be some disappointed faces. It will also depend on how the children have coped with the coronavirus pandemic up until now. Kardashian knows her children, so she probably thinks they will see the funny side of things. Or maybe there will be questions of how these elves caught COVID-19 in the first place.
