Danielle Busby was recently called out on Instagram over her parenting of Hazel. In a photo on Adam Busby’s profile, one OutDaughtered fan took issue with Danielle’s inappropriate treatment of Hazel. To be more specific, the individual suggested Danielle was babying Hazel Busby. And, they weren’t supportive of this method of parenting.

There is no denying that the TLC series OutDaughtered has a huge fan base. People really love the Busby family. And, they are obsessed with the quints (and big sister Blayke). That being said, all that attention comes with a fair amount of criticism. As well as a lot of couch side parent shaming.
Adam and Danielle Busby, however, aren’t push overs. Both parents have done their fair share of clapping back at Instagram critics. This past year, it has been Adam Busby more so than Danielle that responds to critics. He, however, is happy to go after them on his profile, his wife profiles, and all of their other profiles as well.
The OutDaughtered dad is always full of wit and sass in his response. Likewise, he’s even quick to apologize if he takes something the wrong way and comes for a fan in a way that hurts their feelings.

One fan implies mama Busby should stop babying the quints
Adam Busby shared a gorgeous family photo roughly 24 hours ago. The quints were all rocking matching outfits. Though some no longer had their denim jackets on. Four of the quints stood in front. Blayke stood in between her mother and father behind the quints. And Danielle had Hazel hoisted into the air and resting on her hip.
One follower quickly took issue with Danielle Busby carrying “one of the girls.” The individual insisted the quints were far too old to be carried around by their parents. Noticeably, the person claimed to love the family. But, they referred to Hazel as “one of the girls” suggesting they didn’t actually know the family well enough to know which quint was being held.
“WHY are you still carrying one of the girls in some photos. It looks funny. They’re too big for that in posing pics. Other than that I love all your photos & love all the outfits. You have great taste in clothes.” The individual penned in a comment liked four times. This suggested there were a few others who felt the same way.

It was Adam Busby who fired back at the Instagram critic. He was quick to put the individual in their place. And, he didn’t pull any punches.
It’s called being a loving parent. Hazel had just slipped and hurt her knee on the way to take this photo. One day soon we won’t be able to pick them up so easily. We will carry them when they need to be carried as long as we are physically able to. Still never ceases to amaze me that people insist on finding something to criticize in every photo.”
Now, Adam’s response was liked nearly 300 times. And, there were nearly 40 other responses to the critical comment. Most joined Adam in throwing some serious shade at the original post. Some questioned why Adam bothered to entertain such “ludicrous” comments.
