Chrissy Teigen Honors Late Son with Tattoo & Friends Honor Him with Blood Donation
Devastatingly, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend share with fans late last month that their son, Jack, passed away.
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend get tattoos to honor Jack
People reports that while on a date night with husband, John Legend, Chrissy Teigen visits a tattoo shop. For her memorial tattoo, she visits Los Angeles-based artist Winter Stone. Consequently, Winter Stone is the same artist that’s done all of Teigen’s meaningful family tattoos. Just above her tattoo that reads, “John-Luna-Miles,” is her new tattoo. Heartbreakingly, in cursive script, her new tattoo is Jack’s name.
Sadly, Jack passed away at 20 weeks. However, in a touching essay after the loss, Chrissy Teigen shares her emotions with family, friends, and fans. Gutwrenchingly, Teigen writes, “Jack will always be loved, explained to our kids as existing in the wind and trees and the butterflies they see.”

With that in mind, fans may remember how Chrissy Teigen documents her whole pregnancy on social media. Throughout her pregnancy with Jack, she shares all the ups and downs with her faithful friends and followers. She kept them apprised of all the happenings through Instagram live.
Ultimately, Teigen doesn’t care how haters feel about her photos. She says, “I cannot express how little I care that you hate the photos.” Additionally, she explains that the photos are for “those who went through it.” Or, “for those people who need them.”
Initially, after the loss of Jack, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend were quiet on social media. Teigen shares on Instagram, “We are quiet, but we are okay.” Undoubtedly, going through such a private, traumatic, and heartbreaking experience in the public eye takes a toll on anyone. However, shortly after the loss, Teigen keeps her update short and closes with, “Love you all so much.”
Inner circle comes together to donate blood in honor of Jack
Heartwarmingly, Yahoo! Entertainment reports that Chrissy Teigen shares gratitude and love for a group of friends who donated seven bags of blood over the weekend in honor of her and John Legend’s late son, Jack. Teigen reveals that members of her inner circle donated blood to “replace” the seven pints she was given in the hospital before her pregnancy loss. Ultimately, Teigen is brought to tears as she shares about the selfless act on Instagram.

To express her gratitude, Chrissy Teigen writes, “I’m overwhelmed by our circle of friends. The love I feel for each and every person in our circle actually makes me ache.” She goes on to specifically thank Kimmie Kyees. Ultimately, it is Kimmie Kyees with the help of six others that organized the blood donation. Teigen explains that she’s known Kyees for years. Teigen goes on to write, “You know every story, you hear every life gripe, you’re amazing at what you do but the way you treat my kids and family is cherished always.” In closing, Chrissy Teigen says that this act is “beautiful.”
