What is Lifetime’s Candy Cane Christmas About?
According to the Lifetime preview, Phoebe Saunders (Mitchell), along with her childhood friend, Laurie Danes (Benedicte Belizaire, Mommy’s Little Princess) co-own the Seeing Green Flower Shop.
Phoebe loves Christmas. Since she was a little girl, she has obsessed over the magic of Candy Cane Lane. But, there isn’t going to be a Candy Cane Lane this year. Their neighborhood street is usually decked out with candy cane-shaped lights. These giant candy canes glitter over the snow.
But, the glittering lights, artfully displayed over the boulevard, has been canceled. The neighborhood made this soul-crushing decision. Now, she has to live with the consequences. Phoebe cannot shake her sadness. But, she is told to find a way to make this Christmas “magical.”
Now, Phoebe decides now is the time to start some new traditions of her own. In her quest to find a festive tradition solution, she finds something even more. She finds love. That is Eric Kelton (Ghanimé), who serendipitously comes into her life. He needs to buy something in her flower shop. But, she has locked up for the day. Will Phoebe let him in?
Turns out, Phoebe discovers that it isn’t the traditions that matter the most. The most important thing is the people you spend time with people that you love.
Beverly Mitchell Excited For Lifetime Christmas Movie
On Saturday, Candy Cane Christmas star posted on Instagram about the Lifetime Christmas movie. The 7th Heaven star wrote, “Yeah!!!! Excited for you all to see #CandyCaneChristmas on @lifetimetv who will be watching??? It’s on 8/7c!!! Can’t wait to hear what you think!!!”
